Once an order is placed it cannot be cancelled by the customer. The reason being that orders are the transmitted to over 300 towns via a very complex network of communication channels making it difficult to stop an order from executed once shipping instructions are issued. The company can make its best effort to stop an execution of an order provided the notice is given atleast 24 hours in advance and if the company is successful in stopping the execution of an order 60% of the order value will be deducted as processing charges in the case of perishable goods and 50% in the case of non-perishable goods.
The company is note responsible if the goods are not delivered due to:
No one at the given address to collect the order, though multiple attempts will be made.
Submission of wrong or incomplete address.
If a specified quality of flower is not available suitable compensation will be provided for in the form of delivery of the other quality of flowers with 15% higher value than specified.
Disclaimer Clause
The perishable commodities displayed on the site and the actual products delivered will be similar and not an exact replica as these are hand made and can very but the quantity specified by the ordering party will be met. For example a person ordering a 2.2-pound Dutch Truffle will be delivered a 2.2 pound Dutch Truffle but the presentation o0f the cake might vary.
For non-perishable commodities the products supplied will be as shown in the picture, and wherever possible the company shall forward the warranty card.
